A Latte Tax?

The city of Seattle hopes to raise millions of dollars for its daycare program, by introducing a new 10 cent tax on all specialty espresso drinks, such as lattes, macchiatos and cappuccinos. Needless to say, coffee-drinkers and the coffee industry are opposed to this plan.
