Wonderful White Chocolate

We had some white chocolate given to us over the holidays, and I've developed quite a taste for it suddenly. Hot cocoa made with white chocolate is a nice change this time of year. I've bundled up all my white chocolate recipes for all the other fans of this creamy confection.
