The weather is lovely and there is still plenty of warm days left before fall sets in. Cooling off in the summer is easy with plenty of cold, iced tea at your fingertips. I've got lots of recipes, as well as tips for making the perfect iced tea.

Sean, I am a big fan of sun tea, as when I was growing up, my mom made it all the time. One thing I remember and always practice when I make sun tea is, don’t keep it more than 24 hours, as since it is not boiled, it can harbor bacteria and make you sick, if conditions are right. I think you should have made some sort of comment regarding this in your sun tea write up of July 7th. Go to http://www.colostate.edu/Orgs/safefood/NEWSLTR/v3n2s06.html for more information.
Hi there Sean!
Thanks for the coffee recipes!:) With coffee being such a large part of my life, I decided to do some research on it. And guess what I found? A site that has simply everything on coffee! melslife.com isn’t a predominantly coffee site, but it does have wonderful information to impart on the health benefits of coffee and the super ways it can be made, tasted and enjoyed! I was so tempted by the snaps of coffee on that site that I just had to go out and get myself a cuppa! Since you seem to be as much of a coffee lover as I am, check out this site! You might also get to meet Me!
I love tea. My mom used to make me herbal tea when I was sick. Lemon and honey tea is my favorite when I have a sore throat. You’ve convinced me to try some of these iced teas. I also found this site very interesting: http://www.teageneral.com/
