This is amazing! I never really thought about roasting my own until my brother brought back green kona beans from Hawaii and we roasted them. It is so easy, although you definitely have to like the smell.

If you enjoy Kona coffee, you have to check out the stories about how it is roasted and harvested at https://konaluna.com. It is amazing when you consider it is almost like an art form to harvest and roast coffee in Hawaii - guess that’s why it tastes so delicious!
