Weight Loss with Coffee and Tea

You might not think of coffee or tea when it comes to trying to lose some weight, but I've got a few gems around here that might help you out. Eating well and exercising are the cornerstones of any weight loss program, but you might be able to work a beverage or two into your regime as well.

As someone who used to drink soda by the 2-litre, I can testify that coffee and tea are miracle workers for weight loss. Low in calories, high in nutrients and great tasting, there’s really no better alternative to high-calorie and no-nutrient sodas. I’ve lost 50lbs and kept it off for 3 years, and while other dietary changes and exercise were a big part of that, the choice of beverages made a big difference too.
