I recently had the pleasure of tasting most of the new line of teas from Steven Smith, the co-founder of Tazo Tea and Stash Tea.
His most recent venture in tea was inspired by a trip to France, where he sampled artisan cheeses and sniffed Parisian perfumes. Overall, it's a pretty impressive collection, especially for a line that's focused on tea sachets. (As I've mentioned on the blog before, Steven Smith Teamaker isn't the only brand to put better teas into teabags.
