Iced Tea Month continues here on About Coffee / Tea with jasmine iced tea recipes. Jasmine tea is a tea (usually a green tea) that has been scented with jasmine blossoms or jasmine essence (or, in lesser teas, artificial jasmine flavor). Ideally, they are brewed at below boiling, as boiling water can give them a more astringent flavor (which most people cover up with extra sweetener).
