This recipe for fresh sage 'herbal tea' (technically a tisane) is one of the most popular recipes on About.com Coffee / Tea. Like most recipes for herbal infusions, it makes a drink that is healthy and naturally caffeine free. And, thanks to a little lemon peel and a bit of sugar, it's incredibly delicious.

Fresh sage grows most of the year, but is more widely available around Thanksgiving, as it is often used in stuffing for turkey. I recommend making sage 'tea' hot in cooler weather or iced in warmer weather. Enjoy!
