When you think about it, honey is one of the weirder foods we eat on a regular basis. After all, it's made by bees. And it's generally considered to be the only food that doesn't ever spoil. And, when eaten as honeycomb, it's one of the few foods that incorporates wax in a major way without hiding it in a long list of questionable ingredients (Ahem, factory foods...).
Still, honey is as delicious as it is strange. From bold buckwheat honey (great in coffee) to mellow Tupelo honey (ideal for iced drinks and for tea in general) to crystallized orange blossom honey (fantastic on scones and the like), there are many ways to enjoy honey with coffee, tea and related foods.
