In wintertime, colds, the flu and bad weather can wear down on all of us. When I'm feeling the effects of cold weather, I like to cozy up with a hot mug of ginger tea. Ginger is known for its warming effects and its ability to combat nausea, congestion and more, and in winter, there's no better way to consume it than as a hot drink.
