Continuing on the topic of flavored tea types (like masala chai, which I discussed on Wednesday), today's featured tea is jasmine tea. Jasmine tea is typically a green tea scented (and sometimes also blended) with jasmine flowers. It is the most popular type of tea in Beijing, China, and is one of the most popular scented / flavored teas in the world.

You can learn more about this tea type, including methods of making jasmine tea, health benefits of jasmine tea and types of jasmine tea, with my article What is Jasmine Tea?. Happy Hot Tea Month!
