For today's post in the ongoing series celebrating Hot Tea Month, I'm talking about one of my favorite tea types, white tea. White tea is a controversial tea type, surrounded by shaky health claims, hucksters selling tea labeled as white tea despite the fact that it isn't white tea and all kinds of other messiness. But when you sip the good stuff, you will quickly forget all that.
A great white tea is like ambrosia -- sweet, nectarous, uplifting. To say it tastes amazing is beside the point; it connects directly with the soul.
