Last week, in celebration of Hot Tea Month, I talked about jasmine teas. Just as many jasmine teas are shaped and scented green teas, so are many flowering teas (or "display teas"). However, there are some big differences between the two tea types! For example, flowering teas come in a wide range of shapes, and are often filled with flowers which burst out as the tea unfurls during steeping.
