Simply put, milk tea is tea with milk in it... but it's so much more than that! For some, it's a cultural institution. For others, it's a source of comfort. And for others still, it's an affront to the tea leaf.

Whatever your take on milk tea might be, it may be of interest to you to learn about milk tea, including where it is consumed and which types of milk are used (such as yak milk... seriously!). Or, you can learn to make milk tea at home with this collection of milk tea recipes.

Happy Hot Tea Month!
