Sometimes, coffee gets a bad rap. This is largely due to coffee's potential side effects and the reactions people have to too much caffeine and caffeine withdrawal.
However, there's a much brighter side to drinking coffee (and I'm not just talking about the caffeine buzz or the flavor). As it turns out, being a coffee drinker can mean you have a longer lifespan, lower stress levels when you have a loss of sleep, healthier muscles and much more.
