Wolfgang Puck offers several lines of coffee, including K-Cups / pods, ground coffee beans and cold-brewed coffee in glass bottles. The following reviews cover the four flavors of "Organic Culinary Coffee," which come in colorful, compact 8.5-ounce glass bottles.

Wolfgang Puck Organic Vanilla Fusion Coffee

The Basics: Organic Vanilla Fusion is a blend of espresso, organic milk and Tahitian vanilla. Each bottle contains 120 calories and 2.5 grams of fat (0.5 grams of which are saturated fat).

The Flavor: Vanilla Fusion has a strong aroma of vanilla and sea salt with a heavy base of coffee and cream. The flavor is very sweet, with a pronounced vanilla note and surprisingly little coffee taste. For some reason, it reminded me a bit of Carnation Instant Breakfast. There was a salted caramel note in the aftertaste.

My Recommendation: Three stars. This variety is best for fans of strongly flavored iced lattes.

Wolfgang Puck Organic Cafe au Lait Coffee

The Basics: The most basic flavor in the collection, Organic Cafe au Lait is a blend of low-fat milk and espresso. Each bottle contains 120 calories and 2.5 grams of fat (1.5 grams of which are saturated fat).

The Flavor: Bold, creamy, sweet aromas hint at this blend's rich flavor. Due to the milk and the carrageenan, it has a particularly rich, creamy flavor and texture. The flavor is slightly toasty, nutty and chocolaty. A hint of bitterness in the finish leaves you craving a new sip immediately, making this a highly drinkable (and perhaps even chuggable) drink despite its richness.

My Recommendation: Four stars. Although it's not as good as a freshly made iced latte, Wolfgang Puck's Cafe au Lait is surprisingly good for a pre-made drink and way better than a Starbucks bottled coffee.

Extras: Wolfgang Puck provided the following recipe, which uses their Cafe au Lait as an ingredient.

Siberian Espresso / Covoka Iced Coffee
2 ounces Wolfgang Puck Cafe au Lait
1 1/2 ounces vodka
1/2 ounce Kahlua

Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker. Fill with ice and shake well for ten seconds. Strain into a martini glass.

Wolfgang Puck Organic Creme Caramel Coffee

The Basics: Creme Caramel is a blend of espresso, organic milk, vanilla and natural caramel flavor. Each bottle contains 120 calories and 2.5 grams of fat (1.5 of which are saturated fat).

The Flavor: Creme Caramel has a stronger coffee aroma than Vanilla Fusion and a moderate caramel aroma. The flavor is fairly mellow and very milky, with coffee undertones trumped by loads of caramel flavor.

My Recommendation: Three stars. This one is good, but very sweet. It's best for fans of sugar with coffee (rather than coffee with sugar).

Extras: Wolfgang Puck provided the following recipe, which uses their Creme Caramel as an ingredient.

Cafe Carumba / Caramel Rum Iced Coffee
8.5 ounces Wolfgang Puck Creme Caramel
4 ounces Pelligrino or water
1 teaspoon Meyers Dark Rum, optional

Whisk the ingredients together in a medium bowl. PLace the bowl in the freezer. After 30 minutes quickly remove the bowl from the freezer and stir the ice crystals with a fork. One hour later, stir again. Continue until the liquid is flaky and frozen. To serve, scrape the coffee base with two forks, this will fluff up the granita. Scoop into a pre-frozen martini glass. Top with whipped cream and your favorite cookie.

Wolfgang Puck Organic Double Blend Mocha Coffee

The Basics: Double Blend Mocha is a blend of low-fat milk, espresso, organic Dutch processed cocoa powder and sea salt. Each bottle contains 120 calories and 2.5 grams of fat (1.5 of which are saturated fat).

The Flavor: The aroma of this blended coffee is strong and balanced. Its flavor is like whole-fat chocolate milk meets espresso -- sweet and creamy, with coffee undertones. The aftertaste is better than that of most bottled coffees, but it's not as good as the flavor, and it leaves you wanting to refresh your palate with a new sip almost immediately.

My Recommendation: Four stars. This less-sweet blend is great for fans of more adult mochas, and for fans of iced lattes in general.

Extras: Wolfgang Puck provided the following recipe, which uses their Double Blend Mocha as an ingredient.

The Wolf / Irish Mocha Iced Coffee

4 ounces Wolfgang Puck Double Blend Mocha
1 1/2 ounces Jameson Whiskey
1/4 ounce Tia Maria
1 ounce whipped crea, whipped stiff

Add all ingredients to the cocktail shaker. Fill with ice and shake well for ten seconds. Strain into a wine glass and garnish with whipped cream.
