Large coffee or tea associations, groups or organizations can be very helpful to those in the beverage business.
Coffee Association of Canada
The Coffee Association of Canada is the national trade association representing the coffee industry in Canada. Association members include coffee roasters, retailers, importers and suppliers to the industry.
International Cocoa Organization
The ICCO is the main world forum for the gathering and dissemination of information on cocoa, consumption and distribution and for the encouragement of development projects concerning cocoa.
International Coffee Organization
The ICO is an intergovernmental body whose members are coffee exporting and importing countries. It is committed to improving conditions in the world coffee economy through international cooperation.
National Coffee Association of USA
They serve the public, the coffee industry and their association members. They have a publication on US coffee drinking trends and their site offers a lot of info on the industry.
Specialty Coffee Association of America
SCAA is a non-profit trade association dedicated to fostering coffee excellence through education and information dessemination.
Tea Association of the USA
A trade association to protect the interests of the tea trade in the United States.
Tea Council of Canada
The Tea Council of Canada is the leading source of information on tea to consumers, health professionals, foodservice operators and the media. A very informative site.
U.K Tea Council
The Tea Council is the independent body dedicated to promoting tea and its unique story for the benefit of those who produce, sell and enjoy tea the world over.
