Flavor & Aftertaste
Flavors of chamomile, Red Gold apple (the sweetest of all apples), allspice and cloves meld into a lingering, warming finish of honey, spice and orange zest. J. Witty Spirits Chamomile Liqueur is far more nuanced than homemade chamomile-infused vodka.
Overall Opinion
J. Witty Chamomile is great straight, on the rocks, or as an ingredient in more complex cocktails, such as Jacob Grier's Chamomile Hot Toddy. It is warming and spiced enough to sip by a fire, but it could also be mixed into chilled cocktails with a summery, floral flavor profile. I especially recommend it to fans of chamomile and spiced, fruity teas and tisanes.
