Guide Review - Postum
I was surprised how easily Postum dissolved in water. I had expected it to have some lumps since it is roasted grains, but it blended perfectly smoothly with just a quick stir. One heaping tablespoon in a cup of hot water. It's not brewed like some other coffee replacements. Just add to hot water.Though it didn't really taste anything like coffee, I thought it had a pleasant flavour. It did definitely taste like cereal or grain. It was particularly nice with a good dose of milk, and I will likely have Postum in the evenings when I don't want any caffeine.
