Yield: Two cups

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup low-fat milk
  • 1/2 cup frozen berries (strawberries, blueberries, mixed berries or other berries)
  • 1 peeled, frozen banana (preferably a very ripe banana)
  • 1 tsp. matcha powder

Preparation:

Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
