This classic Southern-style sweet tea recipe from Southern tea room historian Miss Millie is easy and cheap to make. Miss Millie says, "Make your own tea, economizing like smart tea room owners did. As an eco-green, feminine, nutritionist, I like this version. It’s ultra sweet, but has fewer calories than a ‘Co-cola’, soda or pop. Eating the leafy, green mint provides Vitamin A for my dewy complexion and freshens my breath."
