Zhi Tea, an Austin-based organic tea company, knows all about summer heat. To cool off in summer, owner and tea lover "Dr. Oolong" (Jeffrey Lorien) turns to Zhi's signature Sweet Texas Dreams.
Sweet Texas Dreams is a blend of organic rosehips, lemongrass, hibiscus, orange peel, Texas lavender, vanilla and stevia. Lorien says, "I wanted the perfect balance of light and crisp, but with body and a long finish." He added body and depth to the hibiscus and rosehips with lemongrass and gave it a longer finish with orange peel and vanilla.
