If you're looking to buy a coffee or tea gift for your mother, I do have some great gift suggestions. But why not make something a little more personal this year? Here are some recipe suggestions for several different kinds of "gifts" you might want to serve up for your favorite mom this Mother's Day.

Something Chocolate

Chocolate is first on my own mother's list of gift ideas for pretty much any holiday at all. A few of these chocolate treats will be a welcome gift for anyone's mother.

Something Floral

Flowers are a traditional gift, and here are a few options to use them in some beverages. Add a bouquet of real flowers, and you have a lovely mom's day present.

Something Sophisticated

A personally served little Afternoon Tea might tickle your mom's fancy. Get out the fine china and lace tablecloth, and give your mother a taste of something British.

Something Crisp

Cookies are great, but a crispy slice of home-baked biscotti is always an extra treat. Of course, you should serve your biscotti along side a freshly brewed cup of coffee or tea.

Ok, A Little More Chocolate

You can't really have enough chocolate. I listed some dessert treats above, so here are some hot chocolate recipes for some chocolate you can drink.
