Do all coffee roasts have the same caffeine content?

From , former About.com Guide

Question: Do all coffee roasts have the same caffeine content?
Answer: Actually, no. The darker a bean is roasted, the less caffeine your coffee will have. The heat from the roasting process will "cook off" some of the caffeine oils, so the lightly roasted beans still have their full supply of caffeine in them but the darker beans will have less.
