Café con Leche

Definition: A Spanish variation on the Italian drink Caffé Latte. “Leche” means milk in Spanish. Like Caffé Lattes, the milk flavor is fairly dominant. A 2:1 ratio of milk to espresso is common. Sugar is usually included in Café con Leches.

Try it if you want a mild, milky coffee drink with or without sugar, or if you aren’t a fan of latte foam.
