Definition: Gong fu cha (a.k.a. "gong fu tea," "gongfu cha" or "kungfu cha") is a style of Chinese and Taiwanese tea brewing. Gong fu cha literally means "high skill tea" and it requires skill in brewing and serving tea. It usually incorporates yixing teaware and a "gong fu boat" or brewing tray with a reservoir for spent water.
