Hot Cocoa

Definition: A chocolaty drink made from powdered cocoa and water or milk. It may be mislabeled as “hot chocolate,” which is different in that it is made from shaved or chopped pieces chocolate and blended with milk, cream and/or water. Hot cocoa is often topped with whipped cream or mini-marshmallows.
