Brazillian Iced Chocolate

by Sean Paajanen
for About.com

A cold and bubbly blend of chocolate, coffee and Cola. It's a complex blend of flavours, but who can argue with so many caffeinated ingredients. Great for an afternoon on the patio.

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz unsweetened chocolate
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 cup coffee, hot
  • 2 1/2 cups milk
  • 1 1/2 cups Cola, cold

Preparation:

In a double boiler, melt the chocolate and stir in sugar. Mix in hot coffee. Add milk and stir until all melted and smooth. Pour into container and chill. Right before serving, add cold Cola. Serve over ice.
