A frothy, iced cappuccino style drink, using instant coffee cyrstals. Here is the recipe to start with if you are just starting to experiment with gourmet coffee drinks. Great for that beginner barista.
Ingredients:
- 1 tsp instant coffee crystals
- 4 tbs heavy cream
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 4 ice cubes
- 3/4 cup water
- 2 tsp sugar
Preparation:
Combine everything in a blender, and blend until smooth and frothy.Serves 1
