Amaretto Iced Coffee

Creamy enough to be a milkshake, but with the smooth almond flavour of Amaretto. What could possibly go better with an afternoon of BBQ.

Ingredients:

• 3 cups coffee, cold
• 2 cups vanilla ice cream
• 1 cup milk
• 1/4 cup Amaretto
• 2 tsp vanilla
• 1 tsp almond extract
• Crushed ice

Preparation:

Combine everything except ice in a blender and whip until smooth. Fill glasses half full with crushed ice, and fill the rest with coffee mixture.
Serves around 6 people
