Tired of watered-down iced coffee drinks? Freeze milk and coffee into latte-flavored ice cubes and keep your iced lattes, iced espresso and other iced coffee drinks from getting watered down. This easy recipe can be adapted into vegan coffee iced cubes and it can be sweetened to taste.

Yield: About 12 coffee ice cubes
Ingredients:
- 3/4 cup coffee
- 3/4 cup milk, soymilk, hemp milk or other milk substitute
- (optional) Sweetener to taste, plus a little extra (NOTES: Frozen foods need extra sweetener to taste as sweet as hot foods. If you're using cold coffee, opt for a liquid sweetener. It will make blending the ingredients much easier.)
Preparation:
- Combine all ingredients.
- Pour the mixture into an ice cube tray.
- Freeze.
- Store the coffee ice cubes in the tray until you're ready to use them, or transfer them into a plastic bag or container.
