Chocolate Butter

You can use this chocolate spread on muffins, scones, or sweet breads. It's very simple and quick to make. No excuse not to indulge in a bit of chocolate with your toast.

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 2 tbs sugar
  • 2 tbs cocoa powder

Preparation:

Beat ingredients in a small bowl until mixed and smooth.
