Easy and elegant, Chai-Spiked Coffee is an enjoyable exploration in coffee-tea cocktails.

This variation on Coffee with Bailey’s combines the taste of coffee with the spice of masala chai tea and a subtle kick of alcohol. It’s easy to make and, thanks to the decorative touch of cinnamon, it’s a very visually appealing drink.

Cook Time: 0 hour, 02 minutes

Ingredients:

  • Honey (or agave) and ground cinnamon for glass rim
  • 1.5 cups drip coffee
  • 2 shots Voyant Chai Liqueur

Preparation:

  1. Rim two small mugs with honey/agave and cinnamon.
  2. Fill nearly to the top with drip coffee.
  3. Top with Voyant Chai Liqueur.
  4. Stir and serve.
