Many bottled kombucha teas have two servings per container. This recipe uses the second serving of Kombucha Wonder Drink Cherry Cassis to make a cherry cinnamon kombucha mocktail (non-alcoholic cocktail). Unlike raw kombucha drinks, Wonder Drink kombuchas are pasteurized and blended for a negligible alcohol content.

Ingredients:
- 1/2 bottle Cherry Cassis Kombucha
- 1 stick cinnamon, plus more for garnish
- 4 whole cloves
Preparation:
- After consuming the first serving of Cherry Cassis, combine all ingredients in the kombucha bottle.
- Allow the mixture to steep, refrigerated, for 24-48 hours.
- Strain the mixture into a large martini glass or two smaller martini glasses.
- Garnish with a cinnamon stick and serve.
