The Cherry Cinnamon Kombucha Mocktail is an attractive, nuanced, non-alcoholic alternative to traditional cocktails.

Many bottled kombucha teas have two servings per container. This recipe uses the second serving of Kombucha Wonder Drink Cherry Cassis to make a cherry cinnamon kombucha mocktail (non-alcoholic cocktail). Unlike raw kombucha drinks, Wonder Drink kombuchas are pasteurized and blended for a negligible alcohol content.

Prep Time: 2 minutes

Cook Time: 24 hours

Total Time: 24 hours, 2 minutes

Yield: Serves one to two

Ingredients:

Preparation:

  1. After consuming the first serving of Cherry Cassis, combine all ingredients in the kombucha bottle.
  2. Allow the mixture to steep, refrigerated, for 24-48 hours.
  3. Strain the mixture into a large martini glass or two smaller martini glasses.
  4. Garnish with a cinnamon stick and serve.
