Yuanyang (a.k.a. âcoffee with tea,â "Yuenyeung," "Yinyong" or "Yingyong") is a sweet, creamy coffee / Hong Kong Milk Tea mixture that is hugely popular in Hong Kong. Each Yuanyang maker has his / her own secret recipe, but this version captures the general flavor of this singular beverage.

Yield: Two to four servings
- 1 cup Bolivian drip coffee, brewed extra strong
- 1 cup Hong Kong-Style Milk Tea
- Mix well.
- Pour into small glasses.
- Serve hot, or chill and serve over ice.
