Kombucha Wonder Drink offers a range of kombucha-based blends. While these blends don't induce the same "kombucha euphoria" as some brands, they often come in flavors with wide appeal, like mango, lemon and pear. Fruit soda drinkers, tropical fruit juice fans and new kombucha drinkers will likely love their new "Essence of Mango" flavor.
Packaging & Ingredients
As usual, Kombucha Wonder Drink has come through with attractive packaging. The graphics are enticing and the color of the kombucha is easily viewed through the bottle. The cap can be screwed back on, making the suggestion of two servings per bottle an actual possibility.
Within the bottle, there's a blend of pasteurized* kombucha, green tea, mango juice, peach juice and cane sugar. Each of the two seven-ounce servings contains 10 grams of sugar.
* Pasteurization nearly eliminates chances of contamination and lowers/stabilizes the alcohol content. In my experience, the pasteurization and/or blending also reduces the mind/body effects of kombucha.

Aroma, Flavor & Aftertaste
The aroma is vinegary, with a funkier edge to it than Wonder Drink's other kombucha blends. It's akin to over-ripe mango and very ripe peaches sitting in the sun.
The flavor is bursting with summer fruit. There's an intense, just-ripe mango note, with flavors or soft summer peaches and a hint of lemony vinegar. It tastes a bit like a summer fruit salad.
The aftertaste has more of the vinegar taste kombucha is known for, but it's tempered with a lingering mango flavor.

Overall Opinion
Overall, this mango kombucha blend is not as balanced and rich as Wonder Drink's Cherry Cassis, but it's not far off. It's a great introductory/beginner kombucha. I especially recommend it to:
- Summer fruit fans
- Beginner kombucha drinkers
- Those who are concerned about the alcohol level of unpasteurized kombucha
- Exotic juice/smoothie drinkers
- Fruit soda drinkers
