Peanut Butter Smoothie

The most classic of all smoothie recipes, banana and peanut butter makes for a very thick drink. You might need to add extra milk to thin this down for drinking.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup vanilla ice cream
  • 2 tbs smooth peanut butter
  • 1 banana, frozen

PREPARATION:

Break the banana into chunks, and then combine with the other ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth.
