What's the focus of your coffee/tea blog?
EnCoffee is a blog about all aspects of great coffee and espresso. Including coffee reviews, cafes, people in coffee, home roasting, brewing.
What's your experience level?
I have been passionate about coffee for over 38 years. I just love it and everything related to it. Have had the opportunity to taste a variety of different coffees, brew coffee by various methods, make espresso and lattes, home roast green coffee and have taken part in events, the most recent being the Counter Culture Coffee Cupping in Washington DC. In addition to being a passionate lover and writer on coffee I also love to take coffee related photographs.
Tips and Tricks
- Coffee reviews, how-to's, info to better understand coffee and being part of a community that enjoys discussing it and enjoying good photography as well. The blog reaches out (and will do so even more) to other bloggers and photographers to really expand what we offer the readers of EnCoffee.
