From the article: Suggest a Coffee/Tea Recipe
If the coffee or tea recipe or pairing idea you're looking for isn't on About, suggest it here. The more detail you provide, the more likely it is that I can create a recipe that matches what you want. For example, "tea punch" would be less likely to result in a recipe than "citrus green tea punch with pineapple," and "coffee pairings" is less likely to get a new article than "Which foods pair with Ethiopian French press coffee?" Tea Biscotti

I don't have one yet, but would love to develop one. If you would like a tea biscotti recipe in the meantime, I remember that Tea A Magazine printed one a while back. Also, BISCOTTEA is a delicious ready-made option. (FULL DISCLOSURE: I have done freelance work for BISCOTTEA.)

Tea infused biscotti?

Do you have a recipe for biscotti that includes tea as an ingredient? I love to drink tea with biscotti and imagine it would taste good in biscotti.

Tea in Bread

Hi Elin, I haven't yet, but that's a great idea! I'll try to create one in the coming months. Thanks for the suggestion! Lindsey Goodwin About Coffee/Tea Guide

Tea in bread?

Have you found or created a recipe for banana or zucchini bread that includes tea as an ingredient? I'd imagine a classic black tea in banana bread. Maybe a flavored green in zucchini bread...

Boiled Black Tea

Take 3 oz (90ml) milk and add 5-6 oz water. Heat to boil for 2 minutes. Then, add two teaspoons full of CTC tea or Assam tea and boil for about 40 second to one minute. Strain and add one-and-a-half teaspoons full of sugar to your taste. You would love this special tea with tea biscuits or saltine snacks.

Pot Roast With Tea

Just recently, I have started to add tea to my pot roast. It's very simple. In a crockpot, add your water and spices, then add a couple of teabags. It gives the meat a light flavor. And with my husband on a low sodium diet, it's a wonderful substitute for broth. You can use strong brewed coffee as well.
